Our 12” heavy duty letterboxes are engineered as a high-performance mail solution for timber, composite, and PVCu doors, accommodating door thicknesses from 40mm to 80mm.
 
Manufactured from high-grade zinc alloy and 304 stainless steel, they deliver strength, stability, and long-term resistance to corrosion in exposed environments.
 
Fully weather sealed as standard, each letterbox features an external foam draught seal and internal brush system to reduce draughts, noise, and water ingress - making the design particularly well suited to acoustic door sets and high-traffic installations.
 
Select configurations are smart-ready, allowing a discreet sensor module to be retrofitted at a later date. This enables app-based notifications when the letterplate is opened, adding modern monitoring functionality without replacing the letterbox or altering its traditional appearance.
